Kalifornia legislature will implement a law to make STOPPING criminal(s) a crime.

They will be taking store owner/workers to jail.

If they were white dudes, they would probably already be on death row, but I think these guys are from India, so they might walk.

They won’t get the new legislation through until at least one criminal got his just reward. Perhaps the California legislature with their upcoming law about not stopping criminals in the commission of a crime should be next on the list for the treatment that criminal got for attempting to rob a store.
