The UK foreign intelligence service MI6 has allegedly prepared a group of saboteurs to disrupt Russia’s growing economic cooperation with African states, a military-diplomatic source told the RIA and TASS news agencies on Wednesday.

Russian statements/disinfo. Could it be true? Certainly, it could be true but it might step on CIA and French toes as they probably are already doing something similar. To me, it looks like Russia laying the groundwork for the deployment of Wagner assets.

"MI6 plans to send Ukrainian mercenaries to Africa"

That's difficult to believe. There is a certain war going on that one would think Ukranians should be interested in fighting.

Sounds to me like the lads from London are gaming a new insurgency to target economic infrastructure in Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, and any other regime that doesn’t bow to the West. If France and the West cant have those natural resources, no one can have them. Eventually the chaos and humanitarian destruction can provide cover for Western intervention.

I thought the planners would cozy up to ISIS and Boko Haram, despicable as they are, to attack the regimes trying to break from Western control ( aka “ democracy”) …similar to the pattern of arming extremists to take down Assad in Syria.

If AZOV nazi mercenaries are going to be the Wests “sharp point on the spear” in Africa, it may just backfire into goading Russia to saddle up. The humanitarian cost to the people will be terrible. The chance to kill nazi insurgents may prove attractive.

AZOV collaboration with London in spec ops has been rather unsuccessful in Ukraine and Russia, outside of isolated terrorist style attacks that only galvanized Russian popular support for taking Ukraine apart. AZOV trying to fight conventionally as an elite regt in Artemovsk, has led to significant casualties, from limited reporting. Better the lads send the AZOV elites to a war in Africa vs 3d world and civilians where maybe they can shine.

For some, it depends upon where the most money is. That being said, this could well be a BS story.

"a military-diplomatic source told the RIA and TASS news agencies on Wednesday."

Right after the Niger coup, where Russia now has a land-linked block of countries across the middle of Africa.

What we are seeing is the exposure of US failure.

Remember “Russia is increasingly isolated in the world and the world will insist, no, demand that Russia behave in a civilized way and stop obstructing UN actions in Syria.”

The reality is Russia’s global bloc represents the majority of mankind. China and India and Indonesia are not anti Russia and refuse to participate in anti Russia sanctions. Those countries, with the needed additional ones, add up to the majority.

It is the US and UK who are becoming increasingly isolated in the world and we will have to change our behavior to accept the reality of the multi-polar world. For our own good, this needs to happen before the purely byte nature of our “wealth” (as defined by $32 Trillion debt) is exposed as a comparison to the actual wealth of oil, gas and uranium.

Pretty much, you can add in France as well.

Like it or not, the removal of US, French and UK agents across central Africa was caused by US, French and UK policy and the resulting displeasure of a large segment of the native populations of those countries.

The US immediately demanded the restoration of Bazoum to power and the Africans responded by trying him for High Treason:

Ousted President Bazoum to be charged with high treason

A 'In Your Face' response to the US and their agents.

This will now go very badly for the West, and it's entirely their own fault.
