Expect there some parasites that have been hitching a ride for decades and are now gone
Over a lifetime, you will eat unwashed fruit from a garden or off a tree, get licked by a puppy / kitten, get a bite from a mosquito or something. Modern medical checkups never give you a dewormer or check for parasites. Odds are you have them. They can then cause other issues - so why risk it?
