Rain and flooding. I’m sure they’ll be spots the flood but they have some good drainage. I imagine the storm wash away a lot of trash, be an improvement for the whole area.

Now I’m wondering if we should expect an EPA Environmental impact assessment after the hurricane. Those probably already exist of course but this one is different in so many ways.
