“Who built the cages, Joe?”
Don't remember hearing anything about "cages" in the report. They haven't been able to get into the Walmart to evaluate the accomodations. "Pedo Joe" certainly didn't build any cages, but the American people get to pay for lodging and travel for all the illegals, young and old.
