No.

People in the USA do not live in a Constitutional Republic of the rule of law, and Boomer Cons need to stop pretending.

In Canada, we know that a Charter of Rights written by Pierre Trudeau isn’t going to protect us from tyrannical leftism.

The US Constitution didn’t protect Ashley Babbitt, the people at Waco, Vicki Weaver, or the people protesting the 2020 election fraud any more than the Canadian Charter of Rights protected the truckers trampled by Mounties on horseback.

US conservatives need to wake up, realize what time it is, and start planning and building for the post-Constitution order.
