Like in makeshift hovels on the side of the highways leading to the Hamptons?
Exactly. No one working a service industry job will be able to live there. If nothing else, how will they get to their jobs if there are no cars? And how will the people who can afford to live there get to *their* jobs?
This is fantasy.
