It's clear that those in New Jersey's "justice" system do not understand (more likely they do understand but don't give a damn) that even delusion, mentally ill criminal freaks can procreate. This is clearly insanity ... from all perspectives except from the perspective of the democrat/communist tyrants who control the state there.
