This brings to mind the fearmongering about the hole in the ozone in the 60s and 70s. In the 80s or 90s they admitted the opening and closing of the ozone hole was a natural event.
So all those ladies with the beehive hairdos and hairspray in the 50s and guys with mullets didn’t actually cause the ozone hole and didn’t wipe out mankind.
And unfortunately, the #1 refrigerant in the world was thrown by the wayside because of “the science”. 1234yf will save the planet.... yeaaaaaa. Please clap.
