I saw one chart claiming that the US per capita consumption of beef has dropped from 42.7 KGs per capita in 1976 to 25.9 KGs per capita in 2018. How does this explain the large increase in cancer? I wonder if the huge increase in close and prolonged exposure to electromagnetic pulses via computers, cell phones, and video games might be a more likely explanation.

The ‘science’ community has so shot its reputation that my first thought on seeing those dates is “they’re cooking the books on the past so it won’t be so catastrophically obvious what happened in 2020- when they’re forced to release those numbers.”
Not like this is new; the infamous ‘hockey stick’ chart is just one example.
If it’s before 2021 then I guess it’s not the vaccine, but I bet it’s not their diet but rather something the health departments don’t want you to know about.

Looked it up. Beef consumption since 1990 is about where it was in 1960, before rising much HIGHER in the 70s, then reducing since then. Salt consumption has remained level since the 1950s - when the study I looked at first collected data. FLAT for the last 70 years. Alcohol? About level with 1960. It increased thru the 70s and 80s and then has declined down to 1960 levels. Roughly level since 1990.
But! A new study says the recent increases in cancer are due to...beef, salt and alcohol. Because researchers can’t be bothered to look at history.

Not red meat. Highly refined processed “foods” now devoid of much of their original nutritional value. Most fast food, frozen food, and junk food falls into this category.
Salt. Not as bad if you are getting the proper amounts of other electrolytes and minerals to help balance it out in your system. Again a big source is processed foods and fast food, junk food and frozen food.
Alcohol. Bad for addicts, but in fact sugar is far worse for most kids and people than alcohol. Excessive sugar does essentially the same damage to your liver and kidneys. And again, junk food, fast food are often full of sugar.
We’ve always had the “western diet,” so I think they should look for another cause.
