I also did some research and found similar results, i.e., consumption of beef per capita has actually declined and consumption of salt and alcohol has not risen per capita. Therefore, it is hard to see how those would be the factors responsible for the rise in cancers. To me, a more likely suspect - particularly among young people - is the vastly increased exposure to electromagnetic waves via cell phones, personal computers, and video games.

Lifestyle causes? Can’t believe this has gone nearly 90 posts and no one has mentioned all the forms of sex that people (not just the young) have had pushed on them as being ‘normal’ and something they should engage in. Is there anyone so stupid as to believe that anal and oral sex is healthy?
