Anyone moving into a HOA deserves every horrible thing they get and double. People of today are blind and cannot see.

Now now, in my neck of the Georgia woods, I am thankful for the Home Owners Association…..lots of “ rules”, like roofs must be 40 year architectural in quality, the pool has strict guidelines, playground and trails etc…but for $500 a year, I don’t have to go to the.increasingly deteriorating areas around me for” a walk in the park”.
The down side, our HOA houses are increasing in appraisals, at a rate that far exceeds the non HOA neighborhoods….more taxes, but they sell in days, not months…..that said, the houses sold in my HOA neighborhood have doubled in 14 years….not so horrible.
They deserve the house they purchase in the neighborhood they purchase it.
They don’t deserve anything bad to happen to them for the choice they made.
