Scott Smith, father of girl sexually assaulted in Virginia school bathroom by skirt-wearing boy reveals what REALLY sparked scuffle at viral board meeting that saw him dragged off by cops

The father of a girl who was sexually assaulted in the bathroom of her Virginia school by a boy in a skirt has told of his relief at being pardoned by the governor for disorderly conduct - and told of his anger at being charged in the first place.

Scott Smith went viral in June 2021 when he was wrestled to the floor by police and dragged out of a school board meeting over transgender issues.

His daughter had been attacked in the girls' bathroom, and when he raised the issue, chaos ensued. He was subsequently given a 10-day suspended sentence for disorderly conduct.

On Monday, Smith told Fox News that he was angered not by the school board, but by a 'radical' woman at the meeting.

Smith said he called the woman an expletive, and she threatened to 'ruin' him via social media. That sparked the scuffle that saw him arrested and charged by a George Soros-backed DA - who was later removed from the case.

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin pardoned Smith last week for his crimes in the incident.

'I never spoke to the school board. That whole story is really kind of askew,' he told Fox.

'I was sitting in my little area and a radical protestor came, and I heard this shouting behind me and I turned around, and it was my wife and her, I didn't even know my wife was there. She came in behind me.

'So I stepped in, tried to explain to this lady what was going on. She looked at me dead in the face and said: 'That's not true, that's not what happened. You are lying.''

Police intervened to separate them, and Smith was handcuffed and dragged out.

That skirt wearing boy was sent to another school and did the same thing to another young girl. Unbelievable.

The police should face the guillotine. They relish any opportunity to jackboot citizens. They lack any discernment. ‘Authorities’ point the finger, and the police jackboot, no questions asked.

And once again...the police arrest the man and not the female inatigator.

Never back the blue. At best, police should be non-interested parties to our lives but they are never your friend.

The man was arguing for justice in the temple of Baal. The government schools need to be abolished.

He was being professionally publicly gaslit at a crucial moment in his civic life.

The frustration level goes through the roof if one is not anticipating such treatment. Few have the wisdom or foresight to so anticipate. You’re face to face with a demonic individual bent on your public destruction—how does one anticipate, prepare and practice for such a moment when you don’t see it coming?

When frustration spirals, one’s temper is easily lost, leading to (arguably) untethered behavior (which is the public gaslighter’s goal).

I believe NVW said it very succinctly, “F*** the Police.”

“Never back the blue. At best, police should be non-interested parties to our lives but they are never your friend.”

They don’t signal to you when, in their minds, and for no damn good reason, you’ve changed status—such that your every word, deed, lack of speech, or inaction, is now being used to fabricate a false indictment against you.

Every interaction between every one of them and every unsuspecting so-called “civilian” (as if they are at war—but, strangely, with us) should come with a new type of Miranda warning explaining in advance this unpleasant new modern reality.

Police vs Sheriff vs State Trooper is a dynamic most people do not recognize the diffrence between. 2 of the three have a very tight relationship with someone who is very accountable to the public. The Police on the otherhand accept they are not the most well liked but are the least accountable.

I know my Sheriff, the deputies live down the street, I know my governor, I know some department heads in state government.

I have no idea where the city police leadership came from unless they graduated from mytown high. Nobody in the local press dare cover them in any manner because reprisals of the rank and file PD reaction is scattershot. Police departments and sometimes fire departments (rarely, thankfully) loose the thread of why they get tax dollars to do what they do.

There is no other part of government that is ran by so many “city workers” with “city worker” thinking. At least the LA and NYC police are a big enough force their are real controls (quality assurance) on officer and leadership behavior.

Back in the day, the skirt wearing freakazoid would've been "paid a visit" by a boyfriend or "concerned party".

The problem is the people who vote those rejects into office in the first place, their low moral standards are right in line with the democratic party
