And of course, Bibi MUST know that Biden is not the shot-caller.
We see Biden wandering around on stage, Rambling incoherently while reading from the teleprompter, etc. If this is what the world sees for the few minutes he's on stage with the cameras rolling, imagine what these world leaders witness when they are meeting behind closed doors with Biden, with no media to record his behavior.
