If Trump doesn’t overcome the massive Party vote rigging the President will be better characterized as Chairman. If Trump doesn’t win Biden will not last long. He will be replaced by a new figurehead, probably s pretty boy on the model of Macron or Trudeau or Newsome but power will as always be wielded by the politburo
