Click the above link for a look at the border from Texas to the
ocean in California. I’m not sure of the ROW whether it is
state of federal owned. In Texas it goes basically from the
middle of the Rio Grande from the Gulf of Mexico to the end
at Paso. The remaining border of the other states to the west
are dry land. The above link will give you a good picture.
