Put the little bastard in solitary for a month and arrest the parents.
From what I understand, his parents are good people, with the father being the pastor at Mt. Sinai Church of God in Christ. They had 4 kids. A daughter who died of brain cancer and 3 boys. Arthur and Chandler both have Superbowl rings and highly successful NFL careers. Jon, the youngest, is the current UFC heavyweight Champion, and former Light Heavyweight Champion. He's undefeated outside of a disqualification early in his career (where he was easily defeating the opponent).
Both Jon and Chandler have had some issues, but I think fame and sudden wealth (and the party lifestyle that comes with them) have had more to do with their problems than bad parenting. In Chandler's case, CTE and possibly schizophrenia are likely contributing.
