I don’t care what gender someone is. You commit a sex crime against a child you should be executed. If Trans and Queers happen to be someone like that, then yes Penny, Trans and Queers will be executed.
Really seems simple to me.
The problem with the death penalty for sex crimes is that the rapist has got nothing to lose by murdering the victim.
