You have no idea what you are talking about, and are just looking for a fight, as usual. I’m the high level manager, there are managers under me that have to deal with this problem on a daily and more personal basis, in multiple offices and disciplines. I just see what is going on, quite clearly. I have been hiring IT people for over 20 years, and know all about it. These younger people are not disciplined or as talented as those in the past, they are completely self centered and disrespectful, which is probably why you are defending them. You love anarchy and are full of misery and hatred, for whatever sad reason.

Listen Mr, High Level. You have problem, you dont understand supply and demand. How much do the experienced people make? Well they should be making a lot more than the neewbs. You could pay more for new talent but then you’d have to pay your experienced staff more, raise the salary baseline. But MR. Tight Wad would never do that. You are in the classic mode of “fix a wage then try to find someone”. When you can’t you cry. So you have what is call a conundrum, one that you can never fix. You should be fired.
