You’re missing the point completely, probably purposefully. But first to address your side issue - yes we have much higher level positions than these, and have been able to fill those adequately, with good disciplined people, who don’t make much more than these kids are getting. There’s not as many of those positions, and they don’t open as much, but they do get filed, typically with 50+ year olds who can work circles around this new generation.

But the point I have been making that is completely over your head is, or you chose to ignore, is these young hot shots are supposed to be the best and the brightest, else they wouldn’t even qualify or be considered for these mid level jobs I’ve been talking about. They are often brought to us by technical recruiters and/or contractors, who know they are putting their own reputation on the line in presenting them.

EVEN THE RECRUITERS ARE ADMITTING THEIR FRUSTRATION to us in finding good people right now. We have three different companies help us look! It’s not the salary, it’s about the quality of the persons that are out there in total. Their character. Their professionalism. It’s a major drop off. Only an idiot like you constantly looking for a fight would claim that the current educational system, and discipline in families, is at the same level of the past. Yet here you are, because you love anarchy yourself. Civil war is your ultimate goal, from what I’ve seen.

But they are not. So if you paid 200K/yr would you get a good "hot shot"? Supply and demand, get it? No you dont. You are f-ing cry baby wage setter. Learn how a free market works and get back to me.

Here's Clue 1:

It is better to hire and pay a real hot shot 200K and get a lot of productivity out of them than hire two fake hot shots that can't or won't do anything.

Clue 2.

If you take my advice then a very good, unexpected thing will happen. The IT world is a small world. When word gets out you are paying really good $$ then other real hot shots out there currently making so so sh!t wages will take notice in YOU. They will find you and seek employment with you.

Clue 3.

It's always about the money. Always.
