All those nicotine patches do is prolong the withdrawals so DON’T USE THEM.
Different things work for different people. My sister smoked from the age of 10 until 30. Nothinv worked until the patch. That was over 30 years ago.

are a bit harsher but a third the cost...

Yeah, I think I did too. I loved smoking but knew I had to quit. I’m so glad I did.

Started smoking at age 13, quit at age 63, now I’m 78. Two packs a day for 50 years. If I can do it anybody can.
