Ads steal my screen space when I didn’t ask for them.
Ads spy on us, stealing our personal information everywhere we go on the Internet.
Ads steal my processor, memory, and storage space.
Ads are theft, which is why people instinctively hate them.
And, ads are counterproductive.
I avoid all the ads I can. If somehow an ad sneaks through, I immediately shut down the ad by closing that browser tab and I form an extremely negative opinion of the company sponsoring the ad.
