That’s pretty cool, I think I’ll get one for myself.

Throw any radio into a brook and it will stream.

I have the sound output of my desktop hooked to an FM transmitter. A couple of portable radios around the house do the job.

Just use your phone and an external Bluetooth speaker. There are lots of great external Bluetooth speakers that connect very easily. I bought a “Bluetooth Speakers, DOSS SoundBox Touch Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speakers with 12W HD Sound and Bass” on Amazon. It’s $28. I use it for podcasts and music. Not bad sound for such a small speaker. Just press and hold the power button and it always connects rock-solid to my phone. No muss, no fuss.

For our bedroom, I use a wireless Sonos Play5. It’s a lot more expensive, but the sound quality is a lot better.

Is this the one you’re talking about? It’s $34 - which is fine, but I’d like to know if it’s ‘the one’.

Speaking of Amazon; is there any way of streaming your Amazon music library thru your car radio?

Yep, that’s exactly it. I clicked on your link and Amazon popped up a “Last purchased Sep 9, 2021” box on the page.

My price is lower. It shows list for $39.99 and for sale at $27.99.

I have used it a LOT in the past two years and it’s never once let me down. Pretty amazing for a cheap product.

I researched “Bluetooth Speakers” back then and this one popped up with high ratings. I never heard of the company before, but gave it a shot and have been very happy. I use it in the garage and out in the yard during yard work all the time.

It’s still got a 4-1/2 star rating with 78,942 ratings! That is a LOT of ratings.

I have no experience with that but I’d say you could bluetooth it into your car radio using your phone. You’d run an Amazon streaming app on the phone, then go into the radio settings and turn on the bluetooth.

” all the programming gets lost.”

I thought that normally you have to go to a website somewhere, create an account, register your device, and then you can program it with whatever streams you want to listen to. Unless it forgets your wifi credentials, it would then gets it’s setting whenever you turn it on.

The fact that that you have to involve a 3rd party is always a no-go for me, so I never got one. If I could find one that was not tethered to a mothership, I might take the plunge.

Exactly, a good pair of wireless earbuds and YouTube on the phone is all you need, and they sound fantastic.

Don’t have to spend more than $30 for waterproof, true wireless stereo, just keep your phone in Bluetooth range. So simple to set up and use a mic to answe your phone calls.

I have 3 pair, lol, the case is USB charger and last for days

Well, I’ll set it up and let you know. I’m not sure what exactly it loses - it may just be the stations you program in.

Obviously, I’m not real smart about this stuff, and am going on the reviews I’ve read.

(But apparently, if there’s something you want that isn’t available, you can contact someone to have it added. That’s one of the things that convinced me to buy it.)

It’s not one of the more expensive ones, but I think it will work for my purposes:
