When there’s a known group of operatives bearing many different labels and belonging to various subcategories, you don’t stand to gain any useful information by listing all their names.
Is Hillary one of them? Yes. Klaus Schwab? Yes. The Lord Mayor of London? Yes. Obama? Chuck Schumer? Pelosi? All of them, of different positions in the hierarchy.
The CEO of JP Morgan Chase Bank?
The seventh floor of the FBI?
The top several levels in the CIA and their cohorts?
The Senior Executive Service members?
Members of elite families exerting control since time immemorial?
