Who goes to a brick and mortar bank?
Everything is online and if you need cash, jut go to an ATM. Never a need to go into a building with humans working inside.

I have a LLC account for an organization I volunteer with. We had to fly to South Carolina to set up the accounts.
Last year I needed to change my treasurer. They needed us to physically meet at the bank. One treasurer is five hours from me. The other lives on the other side of the country.
In a few weeks we’ll no longer be Wells Fargo customers. They refuse to work with us.

ATMs cannot provide frsh $1 bills for the water kiosques or rolls of quarters.
Also, the last time I used an ATM to deposit cash, the next day a cloned card was used in Tucson to rob my account. I am getting reimbursed. The Credit Union suspects a skimmer, but I remember the slot being flush with the ATM, unless they can make skimmers that sit inside the card slot. Anyway, I do not have that problem when I make a deposit with a person. (Using credit cards at restaurants IS a problem, though)

Simpleton banking needs, sure, but you live hand to mouth. Other people have banking needs that involve people.
