However, Bidenskkyyyyyy is going to make sure the illegal alien invaders will be able to afford a new home. Everyone knows they’re going to need an address to send their filled out stacks of banana boat ballots from.

Builders near me are still building feverishly. Whole neighborhoods near me are sitting unsold. I fear they’ll go Section 8.

Too bad we all can’t be as smart as Dementia Joe, who owns several large residences on a government salary.

About 32% of households in the US have this income. That’s about 38 million households.

That's how democrats think... and the same democrats wanting illegals to flood into the country are also marching in support of Hamas.

Every productive person on the planet wants real estate in the US, that’s what’s driving the prices out of range of the average American. Most of that demand is driven by folks from India and China.

All going as planned.

“About 32% of households in the US have this income.”

Those households must be in other States.

Median Household Income in the South 2019
56K in SC
61K in GA
57K in NC

The income hasn’t kept pace with inflation. The fly over country has experienced a decline in prosperity during Biden’s tenure.

Try buying something in Hong Kong or Switzerland.
Its expensive all around the world.
Only in the USA are we guilt tripped into giving free stuff to freeloaders.

“The median sale price of a home in Detroit was $85K last month, up 6.3% since last year. The median sale price per square foot in Detroit is $69, up 4.5% since last year.”

That’s like a $500 mortgage payment at 7% interest!

A couple of my former HS art students bought a “fixer-upper” home in Detroit for dirt cheap a few years ago. After three break-ins, they bailed. I think they got the house so cheap that they just said f*** it and left; no re-sale value, as the people that broke in vandalized it so badly.

That said, I think they were in a really bad part of town; there are some nicer areas of Detroit where the prices are probably pretty good, yeah.
