A sick person that is taken advantage of by Dr’s and others.
Word.
I don’t blame the doctors much. These people just keep doctor shopping until they find someone who says yes. They just will not stop reviewing doctors until they get the answer they want to hear. And since people as a whole, and docs are no different, have different levels of what they feel is safe and what risks ae acceptable, they eventually can find one person who will help them.
What we need is a system that doesn’t embrace peoples mental illness, and can call it what it is. But our system doesn’t want to do that.
