Good for Jessie Watters for not sucking up to the person he was interviewing.
And, it looks like Fox News used the Lewiston Mass Shooting for an excuse to block Gutfeld.
How long before the Tuckerize him?
There are plenty of people here on FR that are skeptical too. He’s a 75%’er, not a 95%’er.
So why flame Jesse Waters for this, as so many are that likely have no context or didn’t see the segment? Happens a lot these days.
I spend considerable time every day perusing conservative sites and judge myself as very well informed searching constantly for the latest goings on.
Yet, almost every night Watters exposes a new issue of which I’d not heard which
were surprisingly well researched. His staff rivals Tucker’s, in my estimation.
The only “disparaging” comment from Watters re: Speaker Johnson was:
“I never heard of the guy “
Almost no one had.
Hey, Watters has been doing pretty good; not quite as hard hitting as Tucker, but he didn’t have Tucker’s background and he is younger. But he has gotten much more hard hitting in his coverage of breaking news, much more investigative, and when he gets the bit in his mouth about a given news topic, he doesn’t easily let go.
I think he is doing a good job in a position that he had to have big shoes to fill. Lighten up folks. Pubs so easily and often attack their own without initially much to go on. And this is one of those cases. When Jesse knows more about Johnson, he will report on him honestly. I don’t like this attack thread based on very thin gruel.
Fox has gone down hill, but Jesse Watters isn’t the reason. He is doing the best he can in a new atmosphere at Fox consisting of it being run by globalist (not an American) Rupert Murdoch who is now a big DeSantis backer and an anti-Trumper, and his liberal RINO at best son Lachlan now running the Fox station. And with RINO Paul Ryan on the Fox Board of Directors.
Jesse and the other conservatives on Fox are now swimming in dangerous waters with their careers on the line each day if they cross their management. Tucker’s canning was the first clue.
BUT YET...those on NEWSMAX did and reported well about him...so one must wonder. IMHO

My opinion is that Watters was very supportive of the new Speaker last night.
Not from what I heard him say..
Watters basically said he knows NOTHING about him.
Typical profile of someone in the media until they can hash up some smut.
