This is a humorous (but dark) takeoff on the loony left's infatuation with Hamas and their hatred of Jews which makes Hitler & Co. look like nothing more than a schoolyard bully.
You can almost bet the Hogg boi runs the Welcome Wagon at that institution in Cambridge, MA.
