Love it. True, what we get here is not the real thing. After numerous buys on the innertubes I have found only one that even lists wasabi as the first ingredient. The label is mostly in Japanese, but what’s in English says Samkwang Orishi Wasabi. It does seem a bit stronger than the others. Still looking.
You can get the real thing at a Mitsuwa, but it’s very pricey. The green stuff that most people think of is not wasabi.
