You’re problem with the conspiracy is there’s too many people involved in the action and, as everybody knows people cannot keep a secret for long.
There’s a paper trail, invoices for people getting paid, travel etc as well as paid to shut up or else.
The wider the conspiracy, the more likely somebody talks.

Once all reasonable explanations are eliminated, the simplest answer is the best.
Occam’s razor is more about science. It doesn’t work for government at all. The excrement runs in the streets and the absolute power to prosecute or not changes things drastically.
Maybe not in all cases , which is true of most things but in the Kennedy assassination, it holds true.
The deeper more complicated the conspiracy believers go, the more convoluted their arguments go and the more unbelievable it gets.
