Snake is good eating. Tastes like frog legs.
And frog legs taste like... chicken.
I went to Shanghai and Zhangjiagang, China with a couple of colleagues on a business trip in early 2001. At a popular restaurant in Shanghai, our host asked if we would like to order a snake.
“What kind of a snake?” I asked.
“A long one,” she replied enthusiastically.
We took a hard pass, but i thought that was funny.
