There simply are no limits to liberal stupidity. You don’t work, you don’t EAT. Handouts do nothing but promote laziness.
I believe that any self respecting person would not vote for this. The only way to get rid of poverty is getting people working and able to pay their own way. Plus it adds to the tax base instead of depleting it.
