Darn! Now I'm hungry and have to wait till dinner time!
I'm trying to cut back where I can so I substitute diced Gala apples (maybe 1/4 of one) for diced cheese or cheeses.
The apples are really good in a salad and stand up well to a nice vinaigrette.
