Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell says he is urging his colleagues to vote "no" on the motion to proceed to a shell bill for the Ukraine supplemental aid request until there are "meaningful" changes to the legislation to address the crisis on the border.

Pierre Delecto, Cornyn and Mitch McGoo are saying no Ukraine funding without meaningful border security changes which on the suface seems like they are starting to grow a spine. But here’s how I think it goes down.
The Dims agree to some actual border security reforms which will also make some of the blue state mayors happy. The GOPee votes to fund the Ukraine aid and supports AMNESTY or something close to it. The Dims renege on their end for meaningful border security and Ukraine gets the cash and the illegals get amnesty.
With Israel being affected by this border security stand and not just Ukraine you can bet the Pubbies will become hard pressed to resolve this at any cost and they’ll cave big time to the Dims favor.
They can spend a trillion dollars on the border, and the Democrats are still not going to do anything.

I think we need a Constitutional Amendment that forbids Illegals to be counted for purposes of Congressional Apportionment
