You can’t legislate not looking the other way when the hierarchy, immigration judges, and levels of management support non enforcement.
This was Bourne out of the fallout position that they weren’t going to cut a penny to Joe, let’s just add more spending to quiet the right. And the left doesn’t want to give a millimeter.
They’d rather add spending agencies don’t want than stand up to Joe Biden one time.
