Lessons learned as a New Yorker now living in Texas. Unless CFS is made from scratch, it will be inedible. Catfish needs to be fried, well drained of the oil and served with good fries and tartar sauce on the side.
CFS sounds OK, though that gravy sounds vile, but having tried catfish, I flat refuse to ever allow that stuff into my body again.
I don’t like the taste of river bottom.
