Parking space?! Is Fetterman able to operate an automobile?
That was my first thought. This guy drives? Maybe it’s a scooter. Or a bike. Still dangerous thoughts.
I’d bet $1 he’s making a joke. My take on Fetterman: he made his rep as a blue collar guy, someone you could see yourself having a beer with down at the local rap room, just a regular guy. I’d wager that in order to make that stick it took more than just wearing hoodies, he had to have some wit and some charisma so that he could get a chuckle out of the fellas at the loading dock. So we have seen the ‘fire bad’ version of post-stroke Fetterman but I’d wager pre-stroke he probably had some level of likeability. And maybe he’s improved enough that he can actually make some jokes, this seems like one. Like who really cares what parking spot their driver gets? But it’s a funny line.
I’m starting to like Fetterman, he is telling the truth—he is sort of funny to. The Dems could do worse for President.
