"Special counsel investigating Joe Biden’s handling of classified material is not expected to bring charges
Special counsel Robert Hur is not expected to charge anyone in connection with the mishandling of classified documents at two locations connected to President Joe Biden, two sources close to the investigation told CNN.
Hur and his team are compiling a detailed report on their year-long probe that is expected to be critical of Biden and his staff for the way they handled sensitive materials. The report is expected to go into significant detail about what the special counsel’s office found in its investigation."

So, the untainted, unbiased Special Counsel Robert Hur and the DOJ are not going to charging FJB with mishandling classified documents, probably because, unlike DJT, he had "no intent" to mishandle.
The question remains, since it has long been established nobody, except POTUS can be in possession of classified documents outside of secure environments (and we assume that wherever a President or Ex-president is, is secure), will the DOJ be filing charges against FJB for illegally removing and possessing classified documents (and each document would be a separate charge)?
I didn't think so . .

right after UPenn established “The Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement” in DC.
U of Penn could not explain the sudden millions in Chinese donations.
As investigations threatened, PBS-TV reported UPenn up and gave....
unannounced and unasked.....a $100 million dollar lump sum to local Philly schools.
The Biden Center was also being investigated for unexplained Chinese donations.
Now, Rep. James Comer, chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, is zeroing in on “The UPenn Biden Center” in Washington, D.C., as part of the panel’s investigation into classified documents discovered in Biden’s former office at the Center.
Comer laid out his requests in a letter to U of Penn
President and is specifically interested in learning:
<><>who had access to the Penn Biden Center,
<><>a visitors’ log of those who met with Biden at the think tank,
<><>the presence, if any, of lawful security measures WRT to viewing US classified documents
<><>who at UPenn has security clearance necessary to view classified documents
<><>whether Chinese donations to “The Biden Center” were disguised payments for classified info.
The point and questions are simple:
1. Did any of the materials in question end up being used by the companies held or run by his Son or his associates?
2. Were any of the materials in question used in emails by the former Vice President to any of the unregistered lobbying firms that were paying him a monthly salary.
The ‘intent’ is simple to explain if ANY of the above are true even a single time. He used classified material to enrich himself, or gave access to his son who did the same and made sure the Big Guy got his cut.
Two systems of Justice aren’t going to work for long in America.
Mishandling of classified documents is Biden’s logic of just the Delaware way of dealing with issues like his criminal activity.
He’s like a vendor in the 1800’s selling everything form pots pans an documents snake oils and anything else for a buck.
It’s long been established that Joe did nuttin’ wrong, only Trump did. /s
If and what the documents were used for isn’t apparently being looked at, just whether FJB stacked the documents neatly enough for the DOJ.
Truth is, if there was an investigation as to what those documents were used for, there would probably be evidence of espionage.
Not that the DOJ would actually look into that . . .
