There is no question, at least in my mind, that this first degree murder.

Cop show rerun today had the defense lawyer say “so out comes the typical generic young black man to blame as the suspect.”
How do such stereotypes gain traction?
Maybe reality.
Look for some tough looking Latino males gathering——at the local stamp collecting club.
Some guys got into a brawl at the bar and it spilled on to the street——librarians meeting after work.
Or these types in photos getting into trouble once again.

Ain’t that a shame. Time to go back to firing squads.
We need to execute a lot more people. A LOT.
It’s incidents like this that bring to the forefront the notion that our courts seem to have that middle-aged or older man is not justified in using a firearm against multiple assailants 30 years younger just because they’re not carrying guns. I’m 72 years old some 25-year-old says he’s going give me a major beatdown, I have to consider my life is at risk.
Next time just start shooting. But there will be no next time for this poor man. Everyone carry, everyone shoot to kill barbarians - with extreme prejudice.

True. Also, according to the best statistical data available, among all those who have been executed in the last million years or so, the recidivism rate is VERY LOW.
Could all these stories be the explanation for discrimination and “racism”?

Yeah - this. An inmate in Alabama is scheduled (voluntarily by request) to be the first in the nation to die by nitrogen hypoxia. In just a very short time, no less. Barring any mishap, this will be the green light for all states that still have executions on the books to utilize it.
