Rush was our pole star. He told us what was going on and what to do about it.

The only thing he ever did to “disappoint” me was stop having those song parodies by Paul Shanklin and die way too young.

I agree with the first part completely and the second part mostly.

Rush was both counter-culture yet he was mainstream. counter-culture because almost the entire msm was left of center,, but mainstream because he was he had a hyooooge audience and was syndicated everywhere

He was the right’s pole star.

Rush was informative. Don’t get me wrong.
He brought up issues that the msm ignored because it was a collusion of censorship.
However, Rush’s absolute best talent was harpooning democrats, and he was oh so entertaining as well as informative because of his exposing them..
I would only suggest that he did not get into the tall weeds of exposing Washington on the level of tall weeds like Tucker carlson did though. Rush was an elite level entertainer for the conservative perspective at a time when he was absolutely necessary
