Adams thought he was going to do the usual mayor stuff:

<><>cash in sucking-up to the usual identity groups,
<><>loot the city treasury 24/7,
<><>run for higher office, collect big buck campaign cash
<><>etc, etc, etc.
Instead he’s having to confront real problems and has no clue about what to do.
