Twice recently I have had to deal with clerks dressed and name tagged as women who most certainly were not. One of them exhibited seething hostile body language and was sniping at the gorgeous girl behind the counter beside him. I couldn’t wait to get away. I try to steer clear of people who have obvious mental problems.
I suspect the employee was Muslim
Treat them just like anybody else and reinforce that they are not "special".
Also, nobody cares about their stupid self-assigned pronouns.
Nobody.
That guy was so calm & cool. He was NOT having it. I love it.
No one IS trans. Trans is a delusion. Trans people have so little confidence in their new-found “identity” that they use their victim status to force other people to participate in the delusion and to affirm it verbally.
Mentally unwell people should not be allowed on planes, and when they show signs of instability must be escorted off, for their safety and that of the passengers.
Unfortunately for that Delta Employee you know he is going to be demoted or fired. I hope he files a lawsuit against Delta when that happens.

Definitely a mental disorder or sexual perversion unless HE changed every chromosome in every cell in HIS body to XX. That is the way science works.

About a year ago I had to deal with an appliance clerk who was dressed as a man. And from his day-old beard I deduced he was a man. But he insisted that he was a woman. And so he angrily corrected me when I said “sir” (I said “sir” because I’m polite to everyone).
I’m kind of a libertarian on this issue. But while I’m polite, I expect politeness in return. And those folks are simply incapable of being civil. So no sale that day.

I don’t know about that. As AppyPappy mentioned, the employee looks like a Muslim. So what we have here is a contest between two uber-protected classes, tranny and Muslim.
This one is a coin flip.
I had a young man in a service related job repeatedly call me Ma’am, loudly and far too many times to be routine.
He was looking for a fight.
I just ignored him, finished whatever I was doing and left.
People like that are not worth the trouble. Best to get out of there.
He was, but Delta is one of the woke companies just like the rest of em.
when you cannot accept yourself for who you are, do not expect me to accept you for who you are not.
It will be interesting to see how Delta airlines handles this. I would think the man may have someone in HR talk to him, but overall, if he doesn’t have the supportive of his company, then he needs to find work elsewhere. This is outrageous. The behavior of these people should not be reinforced.
That dude like all of them was rude.
Muslim wins as he gets to keep his job and everyone else has to go for Re-Education to deal with Transpeople
