Well, it is racist in the sense that it is an offensive racial meme, but it is also true as anyone who has read the Bell Curve knows. It is true on a macro scale but not on a micro scale because we all know that individual persons of color can exceed the highest standards of success in scholarship, government and business.

The very few blacks that are the “real deal” and would have gotten where they were without affirmative action are so few in number that every employer fights over them—and can’t keep them because the offers from the competition come in hot and heavy.
