The in-your-face advertising on Nextdoor made the site unreadable.

The CEO revealed herself as an open Communist. I don’t have the exact statement that she posted during the St. George riots, but she basically gave a blanket go-ahead to the BLM posters to denigrate whitey all they wanted in their postings on the site, but if you shared a contrary opinion, you were marked for deletion.

This completely contradicted the stated policy that outside of specific interest groups on the site, you were not to post political content.

Along with the various negatives described here, I found Nextdoor to be difficult to navigate on my phone...takes forever to get to the comments. I was also censored multiple times by the Marxist algorithm for what I consider very tame comments. Not banned yet, but I simply don’t use it anymore.
