The Walmart here has their spray paint cans locked down. I was told the reason was that certain customers would pick a can off the shelf and go around spraying things.
Decline of Western civilization. Too many people have no sense of honor whatsoever.

I do not need to where I live, but there are lots of options available.

Any thoughts on how much shoplifting has contributed to consumer price inflation?
I’d venture it has doubled or more on prices on high-theft items, especially at grocery stores.
