Imagine the thought process of the person looking at Somalia and thinking “yeah we need these people in America”It seems that the thought processes of leftists is that people are basically good and the reason for crime and poverty, etc, is their circumstances.
So if you change their circumstances and give them everything they need and want, it will change their behavior.
Except it doesn't work.
Human nature is not intrinsically good. It's evil and corrupt. The problem is human nature, not their circumstances.
