CV NEWS FEED // A widowed single father filed suit against a New Jersey school district that he alleges “transitioned” his minor daughter behind his back.
The young girl had attended Delaware Valley Regional High School (DVRHS) located in the west-central part of the state by the Pennsylvania border.
The anonymous father claimed the school “had been calling his daughter by a male name and male pronouns for at least two months,” as reported by The Washington Stand.
Per the Stand, school officials began treating the girl as a boy “after a pro-LGBT student club’s staff advisor … asked teachers and other school staff, faculty, and administration to refer to the girl by a male name and male pronouns and not to tell her father.”
The father’s lawsuit noted that the staff member in question is not a licensed professional in medicine or psychology.

The father says he only learned of his daughter’s social transition when a neighbor and fellow parent accidentally told him. The neighbor referred to the girl by her male name, and the father asked, “What the hell are you talking about?” The father removed his daughter from DVRHS and began homeschooling her.
The widower said he was “devastated” to learn the truth, commenting: “If a kid gets a headache in school, they have to call the parents to give them Tylenol, but they’re going to choose to allow them to identify as something?”
The girl’s father pointed out that his daughter was diagnosed with anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and Asperger Syndrome (AS).
AS is a form of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As CatholicVote has previously reported: “Being on the autism spectrum increases a person’s likelihood of identifying as transgender or ‘non-binary’ by up to a factor of six.”
The man’s late wife – his daughter’s mother – passed away when the girl was four years old.
Late last August, a California school district paid a $100,000 legal settlement to single mother Jessica Konen. The mom had sued the district for “socially transitioning” her then-11-year-old daughter Alicia without the parent’s consent or knowledge.
Per Konen’s lawsuit, Spreckels Union School District faculty members encouraged Alicia to use the boy’s bathroom and referred to her by male pronouns.
Per CatholicVote’s September 1, 2023 report:
Konen spoke at a school board meeting in December 2022, where she told the board members: “You took my ability to parent my child, even before I had any knowledge. I didn’t even get to show support. You asked for support. I didn’t get a chance.”

Suing them is incredibly generous, but at least he stays out of prison.
When "educators" groom here in school systems, our population turns a blind eye for fear of being called "transphobic."
Fear is far to prevalent and makes for a "submissive" society.
Groomers are groomers are groomers. Pedophiles are pedophiles are pedophiles. Perversion is perversion is perversion.
For everyone that sues, there are THOUSANDS more who either don’t know their kid’s dick is going to get cut off, are too scared to sue, or don’t have the resources to file suit.
May he win at least $1.2 billion dollars (the amount that Alex Jones was fined) for what they did to his daughter!
Sadly though in the very near future, not only will they secretly mutilate confused mentally ill children, but they will imprison the parents for “hate crimes agaisnt the children for forbidding surgery for them”
Some parent suing a school district needs to win a huge one, an 8- or 9-figure settlement.
These godless Leftists need to be drastically marginalized. Unfortunately, we will likely never rid ourselves of them completely, not until Christ returns.
Pray for our children, and for the destruction of godless thought.
The courts are going to have to (eventually) understand that parental rights are a thing. Even if we have to make them understand...
It’s wrong, but calling a girl by a boy’s name is not “transitioning”.
I fully support the death penalty for any adult who facilitates, assists, encourages, counsels, or in any way participates in the mutilation of minors in these gender reassignment cases.
A large percentage of these victims will be suicidal, and lots of them will self-delete afterwards.
He also needs to file against the individuals, by name, personally. The court may throw it out, but it will help put fear into these psychos.
Lawyers and lawsuits are not the best way to deal with such situations.
Reminds me of that recent case in Montana where the 14-year old was taken out of her home by CPS - and moved to a group home in Wyoming b/c transitioning a kid is not illegal in Wyoming as it is in Montana.
The expert on Megan Kelly’s show said ≈ 87% of these young adolescents and teens grow out of their desire to transition to the opposite sex by the time they’re 18.
By then, if transitioned, they’ll be infertile, mutilated and their brains messed up after years of taking incompatible hormones.
It is evil what is being done to these children, indulging their transition fantasies with irreparable harm.
Sounds like your average American teenager.
2006 we went up against the Evesham NJ school district (That’s a family guised as bullying but about DEI). Heck, it was plastered all over the internet, news outlets, and even this site. We had death threats, our bank accounts compromised, we were shunned by neighbors, lost friends and even our Church turned away (other than the youth Pastor).
They will make it miserable for this guy but he needs to seek Christ daily and Christ will get him through. Out of 1000 school districts this film was used, it stopped at Evesham because GOD stopped it as his people prayed.
OK groomer. Public schools are sanctuaries for pedophiles.
I sure as hell wouldn’t even bother filing a lawsuit.
