They are going to say whatever Putin allows them to say.

You made the statement. Tucker is more believable than anyone in the MSM. Some Russians agreeing with that conclusion doesn’t make it less believable.

The hate Russia crowd is out in force now. Who will be assassinated first? Trump or Tucker? Deep state must close the interview down like they did Hunter’s laptop!

Neither is going to be assassinated, stop creating rumors.

The hate Russia crowd is out in force now.

That is the most ridiculous argument. Why should Russia be immune from any criticism of Russia? Anything less than total worship of Russia these days is bashed. The left wing in the U.S. has total us we are unfairly criticizing Russia for almost 100 years. Sorry, leftists, we live in free country.

Do you have Henry Wallace for President bumper stickers, and Walter Duranty posters in your garage.

And Tucker Carlson is an adult who lives in a country with Free Speech. No one is calling for anything to happen to him, but he doesn't get to say no one can criticize him. He can bash Christians and Jews and support Iran and the Deep State all he wants. He's free to take Obama's side on Iran, and we are free to criticize him for it.

If you want to be live in a country were woke people control everything, go for it. But don't make it the U.S. any more than it is. You can support all the foreign wars you want, but don't tell us we have to.

Tucker is not the Tucker I knew. There was a time he was just and that made him great. But now, he seems to work for the Kremlin deep-state narrative. Sad.

PROOF? Sure! :
The fact that he is not highlighting (he is actually ignoring) the fact that Russia is among the worst when it comes to Human trafficking and way worse than Ukraine when it comes to corruption (see charts below), makes Tucker a pro-Kremlin partisan.

Knowing full well the corruption in Russia worse than in Ukraine, how come he only talk about the corruption in Ukraine then? It’s misinformation.

He also never highlights these facts:

- Russian people are used as cannon-fodder...
- They are not allowed to protest
- Political opponents are all assassinated or thrown into political prison camps in Siberia.
- Russia (just like the Soviets) has allied itself with the world’s most horrible communist regimes: North Korea, Iran (Hamas / Hezbollah), Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua and to some extent China...
- The Kremlin is squandering Russian taxpayers money by orienting 40% of its total national budget towards war-mongering, war and invasions...

Tucker? Why is he not doing his job in reporting all that??

But let’s continue...:

Russia’s total national budget is now around 40% / for the WAR effort. Russian tax payers are not happy...

In the meantime the Russian social structure is crumbling. Many towns and part of cities now suffering from heat-shortage in the middle of winter. They have no money left for basic maintenance of civilian infrastructure. It all goes to the war effort instead.

- Freedom of speech and assembly has been abolished.
- Big Government is back in full force, reducing the Russian people to mere tools for the Kremlin State.

Tucker, if he likes the truth... should speak up about this. But he doesn’t. That makes him highly suspicious. Who is he working for?

NOTE:
Russia is ranking among the record bottom countries when it comes to human trafficking. They are in the TIER 3 category (the absolute worst), alongside Venezuela and a few other rogue nations.

So there goes the so called “Christian values” narrative about Russia. It’s a hell hole.

LASTLY:
When is comes to the CORRUPTION level, Russia is among the worst in the world as well:

CORRUPTION PERCEPTIONS INDEX:
(Ukraine doing much better than Russia)

Russia rank : went from 137 to 141 (worsening)
Ukraine : went from 116 to 104 (getting better!)
USA: 24 vs 24 (stable)
France: went from 21 to 20 (getting slightly better)
Sweden: 4
Denmark:1 (a true champion of non-corruption!):

Well, think about it...

Why is Tucker only denouncing the corruption in Ukraine while being dead silent about the corruption in Russia (which according to the chart here below is clearly more corrupt than Ukraine) ?

THAT is fascinating. Don’t you think?

No, I don’t FRiend.

I think that you’ve shared your personal perception,
taking into account your biases and presuppositions.

Tucker is there to do an interview that was previously prevented by our Gov’t.

One that no mainstream media outlet was allowed to do.

He is not there to cover every grievance or shortcoming.

I am looking forward to listening before my country marches to war.

--- "A news outlet took to a forum webpage to ask Freepers what their opinion of Tucker was."

One said, "Denmark:1 (a true champion of non-corruption!):"

Never mind about the farmers protests, the nitrogen "minister" put up by the failing Rutte government, the growth of the PVV as Denmark struggles to form a next government, not to mention the fine cultural enrichment ongoing with "no go areas" now ( like Sweden's ) courtesy of some religion....

Why, this topic is getting plumb tuckered out....

Let's see, which poll and interview should I read, Tucker Carlson's poll of Russians, and Interview of Putin, or USA Faggot Frog's poll and interview and projection of his own psychotic mind.

Carlson sure scooped the entire GloboHomoPedoNazi Mainstream Media while Froggy Tuckered out.

Bottom line is, whore of Babylon (globalists) not the only ones who hate the beast (Russia) and vice versa.

We are not forced to pick a side in their death struggle.

Tucker may be there to ask probing questions, fair enough. At the same time he runs a risk of being used as a propaganda tool (in ways that are already made obvious above). I wait to see how he manages this complex opportunity/problem. If what emerges is a bromance with Putin, it will be an odious spectacle, but one could go to Kyiv and get into the same thing. Or DC as can be seen on any given Sunday morning.

A series of supposedly "man on the street" interviews from Sputnik is really a carefully selected of fake interview setups.

Does anybody really think that any significant proportion of ordinary Russian citizens even know who Tucker Carlson is?

How many Americans walking down the street in Washington DC do you think would know the name of a Russian TV journalist and be able to comment on what that person said on an ongoing basis? How much would value would you place in a series of interviews filmed in the USA where supposedly ordinary Americans (a) watched a TV news show in Russian and (b) had an opinion about the host of the show?

Russian propaganda is crude, they don't even bother to explain the obviously fake set up.

Great comment, very funny.

I like the Russians I’ve known. Lived in San Francisco decades ago when the White Russians who escaped Stalin on the train to Vladivostok, then by ship ship to San Francisco were there. Some very elegant old ladies got out with gold and jewels, lived in lovely homes and founded the ballet school in SF. Other, more simple Russians had restaurants that were good, and one the best restaurant in town. The Russian cathedral was most gorgeous church I’ve ever seen.

And as far as scoundrels go,, I’ll take Putin over that little creep Zelensky any day of the week.
