You are right about the Georgia judge. He is sitting on motions filed months or even years ago without ruling. Therefore, the case just sits in limbo. The State is never penalized for refusing to respond to discovery or destroying evidence.
It used to be that you could at least depend on Courts to go by the law no matter what. Since Soros started seeding the courts with progressive DAs and judges, too many Courts are political in nature.
